That is a very determined and empowering statement. There is a proverb that I makes me think of this in part at least – “Everyone has naturally the power of excelling in some one thing.”
We can be our own worst enemies and if we don’t love and pick ourselves up, we won’t do anything but be a rug that others will walk over.
