  You deserve it…something has been happening to my heart lately…I’ve always had a soft spot for animals, but now it is beginning to feel like my heart is being consumed by them…I can’t stand to see them suffer in any way…every night when I come home I get down on the floor and we have what I call ‘Love Time”…all five of our rescues rush in and jump all over me…I just love on them until they get enough…then they all disappear to their favorite areas in the house, do some preening, and then fall asleep…I love it…thanks again for the post…I was honored and humbled to be able to help…be encouraged!

If you think this is horrible, get involved in the uncovering of dog and cock fighting rings. These people bet on who’s dog or animal will win by a series of attacks and bites that leave the animal needing medical care if they survive. It is disgusting and assaults my very core. It only shows me the level of disgust and degradation that man will go to and take precious and innocent lives with it {animals}. It goes to the heart of those men or women and it angers me vehemently. Even animals aren’t that cruel for the sake of it.
