The Happy Hippie Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Miley Cyrus.

Their mission is to rally young people to fight injustice facing homeless youth, LGBTQ youth and other vulnerable populations.

Have you ever taken flak from the bullies on attack
‘Cause you’re different
They laugh and call you names
But that ain’t no badge of shame
Just ‘cause you’re different

Show ‘em Miley

The people gonna stare at you
And settle them somewhere
They says you’re different
When walkin’ down the street
When they pass they take a peek
That’s somethin’ different

Live your life outside the box
They focus on the things you’re not
Just what you are

And age is not in years
It sits between your ears
You see you’re different
It’s fun to break a mold
And see it take a hold
And now you’re different, too

Live your life outside the box
They focus on the things you’re not
Just what you are

Come on

Yeah when you’re walkin’ down the block
Traffic stops and stops
‘Cause you know who’s different
They treat you rough
But you’re tough enough
And we’re all different
Yeah

Live your life outside the box
They focus on the things you’re not
Just what you are

Yeah
Live your life outside the box
They focus on the things you’re not
Just what you are

Come on

I can understand your opinion on Miley Cyrus Mélanie, her behaviour has brought about a lot negative feelings towards her. She is young and will probably alienate herself from more people along the way.

Her enthusiasm for contributing to the well-being of others is an admirable quality.

yes, you’re right… but then again, one can contribute to the well-being of others without falling into cheap provocation, vulgarity, obscenity…

She will possibly regret some of her actions when she is older and wiser, just like a lot of other people do.

Her behaviour on-stage has not affected me, although it was disappointing to observe, whereas her behaviour off-stage helps other people.

I am just giving you my thoughts on the subject, I do not want to try to sway your opinion. 🙂
