This looks photoshopped, the partial circle isn’t like one sees in life, but then, it could be that it is as it is, one never knows these days with what’s now termed as: Digital Photojournalism / Digital Storytelling.
I use Photoshop on most of my images including this one, although I
did not change the main aspect of it. What you see in the image is possible though. Constructions like flat roofs and car parks are not flat; they have to have a “fall” in a specific direction for rain to go towards the drain area. Sometimes this does not go according to plan.
Anyway, it was only supposed to be a light-hearted post for amusement, not to be taken seriously.
