Aid agencies have been warning that multiple conflicts are putting unprecedented pressure on the lives of people in Syria, Lebanon, Yemen and Gaza.
In some countries in the West, accepting that your country is responsible for supplying arms to a country that is intent on mass destruction may be difficult for some people to accept. Or, they may rationalise it with the ridiculous slogan “Israel has a right to defend itself.”
All round the world there have been unprecedented protests about the genocide in Gaza, but it it is not just about Gaza. It is certainly not just about Israel defending itself.

I cannot comprehend that no country or countries united have taken no armed measure against Israel. It is obvious a land grab and nothing to do with Israel defending itself, a two’country solution for them has been a strong “No” for decades. It is genocide in my book what they are doing to the Palestinians

You are completely right, of course Ina. Israel and the US want to rebuild Gazza in their own image, and nobody is stopping them. The UK has been lined up for many years to benefit from the natural resources of oil and gas at Gaza, and they make a lot of money supplying arms to Israel. Other countries will benefit from the Ben Gurion Canal Project.
I really despair of living in a world where genocide can actually happen. “Lest we forget” and “Never again”, are pretty much meaningless to me. The evil that men do, is more appropriate, when the lives and suffering of people do not matter.
If any country, or countries take up arms to stop the genocide in Gaza, is there a chance that it could lead to World War? It could be a possibility, I think. Britain used to be the scourge of the world, but it was surpassed by the US. They spout moral values, whilst implementing immoral deeds, even to their own people. The ruling classes feather their nests, devoid of any empathy for suffering, just like psychopaths.

Israel has proven that it is ruling the world, with the blessings of USA /UK and France and others. When despite all atrocities and genocide and crimes against humanity, you are unable to stop someone, then they are the ones controlling this world. All of us are just casualties.
It’s not just Gaza, it’s all over the occupied territories, it’s in Lebanon and Syria and everywhere.

India will be a beneficiary of Israel’s Gaza plans for a new trade corridor. The UK leader of the Labour Party, could not suck-up to Israel much more. It has reached cringe level.

Many are complicit, allies, beneficiaries or have interests. Even the Arabs are complicit. Their interests will always come first.
I was surprised by India’s position in this war, especially the Indian people. Another disappointment to be added to this failed humanity.
