Camden Council did not order the removal of these tents as stated below. The removal was ordered by the Metropolitan Police after complaints from University College London Hospital.
Those men are in the uniform of Veolia, the global waste company.
I apologise to Camden Council, and readers, for publishing incorrect information.
When you have become homeless, and you think that things can’t get any worse, then along comes Camden Council, London, and puts your tent and all your belongings into the bin lorry.
The UK Home Secretary, Suella Braverman, says that she wants charities who supply tents to the homeless to be prosecuted. According to Braverman, rough sleeping is a “lifestyle choice”.
Metaphorically speaking, they are putting homeless people in the bin.
The main cause of homelessness in the UK is due to the austerity programs of the UK government. Austerity programs are not an economical choice, they are purely political.
The government has not considered finding ways to accommodate the homeless, it has sought more ways to criminalise them.
The Cost of Greed Crisis that the government created, will ensure that there will be plenty more homeless people in the future.
“I did not speak out for the homeless, because I was not homeless.”
Same in the states. It’s sick. That’s why I refuse to visit Nashville, TN – despite the amazing music scene, their politicians are shit. Vote with your wallet.

It is same type of people, in different countries, with the same ideology, who are wreaking havoc and destruction for millions of people.
